All of Stainless Steel Water Tanks are manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel, which is a quality food grade product and is therefore totally hygienic for both consumption and domestic use.   Our tanks are all spot welded with no rivets, which increases their durability and resistance to corrosion.  In the final step of the manufacturing process, all water storage tanks are subjected to rigorous testing and inspections, assuring that our customers are totally satisfied with the tank they have purchased, now and into the future. Whilst stainless steel is suitable for storing most liquids, Stainless Water Tanks have specifically designed our tanks for storing potable water only.  If the tank is to be used for any other purpose, please consult our TEAM, as we are also able to manufacture stainless steel storage tanks for other purposes, through our sister Company, Brisbane Tank Manufacturing Pty. Our warranty against the corrosion of our tanks is for a period of 25 years and we are confident there is no reason why our tanks will not last well beyond this time.
Our warranty excludes any damage caused by the following: Any forces acting on the tank Impact by any foreign objects such as branches, rocks, etc. Any damage caused by undermining of the water tank base Marine environment Any damage caused by storage of liquids other than potable water Fire Wilful neglect or tampering
